With a central city location and design that effortlessly combines the history of this former steam flour mill site with a modern New York loft aesthetic, a stay at The Vibe Hotel Sydney Darling Harbour is one of ease, style and satisfaction.
The Manhattan inspired rooms incorporate unpredictable design elements (no boring dated hotel interiors), wonderful restorative sleep can be achieved in the comfortable beds while the signature open curved showers adorned with brass fittings will splash you with a little cool luxury while you freshen up for inner city adventures.
With China Town and the Darling Quarter just paces away, a rumbling tummy can be satisfied in mere minutes if you can make up your mind where you’d like to eat, the choices abundant. Most appealing to me though, was if you want to stay put, the cultural diversity of the area has been embraced by the hotels head chef Lynne Clemente so a delicious chicken curry or tapas plate are also at your finger tips.
Choose from a meal in the Sussex Room on the Ground Floor (where you can also simply enjoy a coffee at the communal work space) or a tapas plate including delicious duck Samosa at Above 319 restaurant and bar on the rooftop. A delicious cocktail or dip in the rooftop pool are a great way to find some relaxation while in the heart of the city and if you can afford the time, a lie down in a poolside cabana on a spectacular Sydney day will likely have you deciding this hotel should become your go to.
