It’s a question I’m asked constantly - by producers, viewers, and even seatmates at 30,000 feet - the kind of conversation that often sparks lasting connections.

While I’m always flattered by the interest (and deeply grateful for the support), I thought it was time to bring a selection of my most memorable stories - so far - together in one place.
